About the Development

Pavilion Damansara Heights is a two-phase development that is easily accessible from both Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur via the SPRINT Highway. To help ease traffic flow into the development, the Bangsar-Damansara elevated highway was introduced. This project is also conveniently linked to the Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT Line and located between two MRT stations – Pavilion Damansara Heights-Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT station and Manulife-Semantan MRT station. The former is connected via a link bridge, while the latter is within a walking distance of 400m.

The first phase includes five levels of retail space, seven corporate towers and three residential towers: Windsor Suites, Regent Suites, and Crown Residences. Sizes of the residential units range from 605 to 2,803 square feet with two parking lots assigned to units with two bedrooms or more. Corporate towers in Phase 1 are designed to meet BCA Green Mark and MDEC accreditations and range from 11 to 25 storeys in height.

Phase 2 comprises a seven-storey retail podium, corporate tower and two residential towers, namely Imperial Residences and Royal Suites. The residential suites range in size from 452 to 4,090 square feet while The Pavilion Lifestyle Mall spans almost 1.2 million square feet of premium retail space.
